Wendy Williams‘ ex-husband wants to see her in divorce court in person amid concerns over her well-being! Kevin Hunter filed new court documents late last week demanding that Wendy should not be allowed to be represented in court by her New York-based guardian Sabrina Morrissey, but instead must show up to a New Jersey courtroom herself to have their divorce hearings play out.
And a judge appears to be on his side… As Perezcious readers will recall, Morrissey was named Wendy’s temporary guardian way back in 2022 after Wells Fargo froze the star’s bank accounts amid worries about her autonomy.
Since then, the former daytime television host’s family has claimed that Wendy has been a ghost as she grapples with primary progressive aphasia and other major health battles.
But now, Kevin wants Wendy to show up in court in person to have their divorce hearings finalized. New filings first reported on by the US Sun indicate his demand that Morrissey is not allowed to set up for Wendy in the New Jersey jurisdiction.
