Many office workers struggle to maintain a healthy diet during lunch hours.A lot of workers resort to grabbing a standard meal deal or whipping up a quick sandwich accompanied by a packet of crisps.

However, one fitness coach and fat loss expert has revealed the ideal food for meal prepping that will keep you satisfied and trim while working in an office.Hawys D, a Welsh fitness enthusiast, regularly shares her workout and diet tips with her 46,200 Instagram followers.

Her latest reel about what healthy food to bring on office days went down particularly well. The weight loss guru began her video by stating: "Here's meal prep for a day in the office if I wanted to lose fat but I had a big appetite." Hawys then showed various dishes which she claimed totalled just 900 calories, yet contained nearly 100 grams of protein.

She emphasised: "Most importantly, it's full of foods that are actually going to help keep you full."The influencer was seen picking up a potato as she informed viewers that they were the most "satiating food on the planet", before revealing her breakfast hash recipe that included them.
