Weddings with unlimited guests could be legal again from June, Prime Minister Boris Johnson has revealed. Mr Johnson has finally announced his plans on Monday in Parliament for a phased exit from Covid lockdown.
He announced the reopening of England's schools and the plan to allow people to see family and friends. He has also given hope to couples waiting to tie the knot by saying weddings with unlimited guests could be legal again from June.
From April 12, the amount of guests at wedding receptions will rise from six to 15. From May 17, up to 30 people will be able to attend weddings and receptions.
