For any parent, a child’s first nativity is an emotional milestone. However, for these four families, the moment is extra special after their little ones were diagnosed with leukaemia.
OK! meets the little stars who have overcome all the odds to shine bright…. ‘It’s going to be absolutely magical’ Florence Harrison (Florrie), four, lives in Hampshire with her parents Jess, 40, an occupational therapist, and Tom, 39, a psychological therapist, and sister Lucy, nine.
Having been diagnosed with leukaemia aged two, Florrie had a stem cell transplant last year at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Now in full remission, she started school in September. This Christmas will be extra special for four-year-old Florrie, who is overjoyed to be appearing in her first ever nativity show.
