manchestereveningnews.co.ukA woman who ignored the warning signs 'not to buy' a house is now turning it into her dream home. Laura and Jason Lamonby-Parker had just finished renovating their house in Wales when Laura began thinking about selling up.
The 33-year-old said that house prices were so high at the time that she worried if they 'left it any longer' then the value of their house would drop.
Jason, 32, wasn't keen on the idea of moving house again at first, but after much persuasion, he agreed to put their home on the market.
The couple moved back in with Laura's parents as they began the hunt for their new home. One property in Widnes, Cheshire kept catching Laura's eye - but as it was another renovation project, Jason wasn't interested.
