To everyone else, he seemed like a normal family man. But behind closed doors, he conducted a violent campaign of sexual abuse against the young girl for eight years.
One day, when Chantal was just ten years old, Lloyd sexually assaulted her "out of nowhere". Not content with this secret torment, Chantal said on one occasion he even violated her in public, Wales Online reports. Chantal thought she was the only victim.
