Motherwell boss Steven Hammell says his side made it too easy for Hibs as the Edinburgh side ran out 3-2 winners at Fir Park this afternoon.A Kevin Nisbet hat-trick seemingly had Hibs high and dry, though Stuart McKinstry scored between the Scotland striker's second and third goals.Ross Tierney added a late third to provide some drama, but the damage had been done by that point.That left Motherwell on a run of seven Premiership games without a win, and facing a battle to get themselves away from the relegation zone.Hammell said: "It was self-inflicted, that has been pretty consistent with what we've seen this season."We weren't anywhere near our best but we made it easy for Hibs, with the goals we gave them."We speak about style and formation, information that we give the players, and I don't think that's the problem or why we're conceding goals."It's not doing the basics well, in terms of defending a cross.
