At one point, the scores was deadlocked at 5-5, with neither player able to seize the initiative.But in the very next leg, the "Nuke" sent the London crowd into a frenzy with a superb nine darter that saw him then go onto claim the Premier League crown at a canter.
After racing into a 10-7 lead, the teenage sensation was left to dispatch a double 20 to wrap up the victory and continue his meteoric rise in the sport of darts.Littler is known for his interactions with the crowd and was more than happy to poke fun at those who wrote him off.
He told Sky Sports: "One thing I just want to say - to all the doubters, hello! I've just picked up this! You're not doubting me any more.
