Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson has competed for Great Britain in the ‘veterans’ category at the ‘Circuit Européen’ fencing tournament in Faches-Thumesnil.The musician won the first round 10/4 against Denmark’s Jeiner Simon and finished 13th in the overall standings out of 31 fencers in the category.Dickinson first started fencing as a teenager in school and has many other interests outside of music, including acting.
He is also a licensed commercial pilot and owns an aviation company.
