Chevy Chase, Bruce Dern & Joey Lauren Adams To Star In Comedic Thriller ‘CATnip’
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Chevy Chase (Community), Bruce Dern (Palm Royale) and Joey Lauren Adams (Greedy People) are set to topline CATnip, a thriller with comedic elements from writer-director Nyle Cavazos Garcia (Clean).
Set to begin shooting in Los Angeles in February, the indie watches as a struggling family’s fresh start in a run-down apartment building turns into a fight for survival as a horde of feral cats unleashes terror, revealing the dark and deadly horrors lurking within its walls.
Other in the cast include Jake Busey, Geoffrey Arend, Keli Price, Lorelei Linklater, Charlotte Kirk, Brooke Bundy, Kylee Levien, and River Jose.
Price is producing under his Price Productions banner, along with Garcia under his Small Town Pictures banner, with Javier C.
