One toilet trick has recently caught attention online, after a mum shared her 'little secret' to keeping the loo pristine and fragrant with each flush.
In the popular Mums Who Clean Facebook group, she divulged her long-standing method, posting: "[Put] Dishwashing liquid in the toilet tank compartment and every flush is fresh clean smelly bubbles and toilet always looks clean." But whilst this unconventional tip was hailed as 'genius' by fellow cleaners, professionals are now advising against it.
Weighing in on the discussion, Peter Daly, CEO of Master Plumbers, detailed why this may not be the wisest move, reports the Mirror.
