Woodland Trust Scotland says it has “declared war” on fly-tipping at a Perthshire beauty spot after a spate of incidents said to have occurred over the last two months.
The charity fears a single cowboy contractor may be using the much-admired Kinclaven Bluebell Woods as their own personal dump and has warned its staff and volunteers are now keeping constant watch of the woods to catch whoever is responsible.
