mirror.co.ukA voyeur who recorded a naked woman while she slept in a luxury hotel narrowly escaped jail today following a five-battle by his victim to get justice.
Christopher Killick videoed Emily Hunt for 62 seconds while she was naked and sleeping in order for him to use the footage for self-gratification at a later date.
The 41-year-old was initially arrested on suspicion of rape but he was released after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) deemed there as a lack of evidence.
Ms Hunt, who is also 41, fought for five years for the case to go to court and waived her right to legal anonymity. Due to her persistence the CPS were forced to make a U-turn and charged Killick with voyeurism.
