Vogue's editor-in-chief Anna Wintour has issued an apology to black staff at Condé Nast. In a note sent to staff the British journalist, who has been the head of the fashion magazine since 1988, admitted that there are ''too few'' black employees at the company and that publication has been “hurtful and intolerant”.
Anna, 70, also added that change is overdue within the company and added that publishing giant Condé Nast - who own a number of large titles including GQ, The New Yorker and Vanity Fair - need to "elevate" black staff.
