Virgin Media is reviving a popular deal where it gives new customers either a free 4K TV or £200 credit. With Sky recently launching its latest version of Sky Glass with Gen 2, it appears that one of its biggest rivals is fighting back as they compete for customers.
The TV in question is a 43" 4K smart TV from Hisense, with it currently worth £399. Customers that sign up for select TV or broadband bundles can choose it as an optional benefit, or they can have £200 knock off the monthly bills instead.
Going for the free cash essentially equates to wiping out three months of your bills, which is nothing to sniff at given the cost of some TV and broadband contracts these days.
Virgin offers comprehensive bundles, with some offering 200 TV channels and some plans including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema for no extra charge [via Mirror Online].
