A Vinted seller has divided opinion after going to extreme lengths to ensure her shoes had been delivered.The user found themselves embroiled in a dispute involving a pair of shoes sold for just £2.50.
The saga, which was retold on TikTok account Depop Drama, involved the seller tracking down the buyer using Rightmove after a contentious transaction.A screenshot shared on social media showed the seller informing the buyer she would be "dropping the parcel off at the corner shop later today" and assuring it was "taped up well in an Amazon bag".
Despite the item being marked as 'Delivered', the buyer opened a case with Vinted claiming the shoes were nowhere to be found. But the buyer persisted in her claims, leading the seller to take drastic measures. By locating the buyer's home on Rightmove, the seller matched the front door in the property listing to the one in the Yodel delivery photo, confirming the delivery had been successful.
