Vintage vehicles to tour through Ayrshire towns and villages this weekend

Fans of vintage transport and vehicles from a bygone era are in for a treat this weekend as the Ayrshire Road Run returns.The annual procession of vintage commercial trucks, tractors, buses and more will be on the road and heading though the region on Saturday, July 13.And you can get up close to these amazing vehicles as they’ll be on display at the Barony Campus in Cumnock before the convoy sets off.There will be a static display at the school car park from 9am until 12 noon on Saturday, July 13.The convoy will then set off and you can see them on the road at the following times and destinations: Ochiltree (12.05pm); Sinclairston (12.10pm); Hayhill (12.15pm); Littlemill (12.20pm); Polnessan (12.30pm); Patna (12.35pm); Kirkmichael (12.45pm); Straiton (1.15pm); Dailly (1.45pm); Pinnmore (2.30pm); Pinwherry (2.45pm); Collmonell (3.10pm); Ballantrae (3.30pm); Cairnryan (4pm).These approximate times are based on the first truck, the last one could be one hour behind.
