A touching tribute to the late Paul O'Grady left National Television Awards viewers 'in tears' on Tuesday night (September 5).

Paul O'Grady: For the Love of Dogs won the award for Factual programme of the year at the star studded 2023 awards, held at London's O2 Arena.

There was a standing ovation as the award was announced. Earlier this year, in March, it was announced that the comedian and TV presenter had died at the age of 61-years-old.
