Video shows brazen fly-tippers dumping rubbish from white van in the middle of a Bolton street

This is the moment two men were caught on camera dumping rubbish from the back of a white van into the middle of a street in Bolton.

The brazen flytippers were filmed by a resident in Charles Street, a residential road close to the Bolton Gate Retail Park. Footage shows the van stopped in the road in front of a pile of rubbish and what appears to be building waste.

A man, wearing a grey hoodie, grey tracksuit bottoms and black trainers, then shuts the back doors, briskly walks back to the passenger side door and gets inside the van.

Another figure in dark clothing is then seen getting in the driver's seat and making a get away. The video - which is understood to have been filmed on Wednesday afternoon around 5.30pm - has been shared
