Olympic cyclists Victoria Pendleton has shared her go-to workout routine and what she eats, admitting it "doesn't feel like a chore." The 41 year old former athlete, who has opened up on her mental health battle in the past, said she's more of a "fair-weather cyclist" nowadays, and mixes up her workouts depending on how she's feeling.
Victoria told OK!: "I try and do some sort of physical activity every day. I don't lift really heavy weights anymore because my body has taken a lot of strain over the years as an athlete.
I do a bit of strength and conditioning, I run, I do a bit of cycling. "I'd rather run if it's raining than take my bike out so I don't have to clean it afterwards!
I also ride my horses. I have two retired race horses so I exercise those guys too."
