Taking to Instagram, she shared two photographs of herself with her husband – one of them on the beach, and, another featuring the couple lounging on a boat.

Alongside the images, she wrote: ‘I love you so much @davidbeckham.‘You are the most incredible husband anyone could wish for and I feel truly blessed. ‘You are my everything x I love you so so much x happy birthday,’ followed by numerous heart emojis.The endearing post garnered thousands of likes and heart emojis in response, with many taking to the social media platform to wish David a happy birthday and to share heart emojis below the images.
