Earlier this week, the 46-year-old star gushed over a "sunset" photo of the lovebirds on the family's Greece holiday, with 25-year-old Nicola wearing one of the fashion designer's creations.
In the snap, Nicola is beaming with her eyes shut, dressed in a chic floral midi dress. Brooklyn, 21, only has eyes for her as he plants an affectionate kiss on her cheek.
In Victoria's post, shared on Monday, the newly-engaged pair are stood on an ocean shore as the sun sets behind them - which the proud mum referenced in her caption.
