Victoria Beckham's £2m wedding necklace was redesigned to pay tribute to Brooklyn

Last weekend we saw the wedding of the year take place as Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz tied the know in a star-studded £3million ceremony.

Bride Nicola was undeniably the star of the big day, but eyes were also on the mother of the groom, Victoria Beckham.The 47 year old wore a stunning silver 'labour of love' dress from her very own fashion label, and the outfit was accessorised with a true show-stopping necklace.The necklace consisted of a dainty gold chain with a gigantic great pear-shaped diamond suspended from it – and it's now been revealed the jewellery has an extra special meaning for Victoria.

For this special occasion, they had the pear-shaped diamond placed in a pendant from an English chain which dated back to 1870.
