Vertical Acquires Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Thriller ‘Elevation’ Starring Anthony Mackie & Morena Baccarin

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Vertical has snapped up U.S. rights to Elevation, a new sci-fi thriller starring Anthony Mackie (Captain America franchise) and Morena Baccarin (Deadpool franchise).
Directed by George Nolfi (The Adjustment Bureau) and produced by Brad Fuller, the film will be released in theaters later this year.
Elevation is set in a post-apocalyptic Rocky Mountains, where a single father and two women venture from the safety of their homes to face monstrous creatures to save the life of a young boy.
Also starring Maddie Hasson (Malignant) and Danny Boyd Jr. (Bruised), the film was penned by John Glenn (Eagle Eye), Jacob Roman and Kenny Ryan (SEAL Team).
