The Strictly presenter has struggled to sleep and is worried about how her hubby is coping with the cold and lack of food. Speaking to Lorraine earlier this week, she said: "Oh my goodness, it feels like he has been away forever. "I think about him every moment of every day and I watch him every night, he is doing brilliantly and it’s lovely watching him but it’s nerve-wracking, it really is." Tess met Family Fortunes presenter Vernon Kay at a BBC Christmas party in 2001, and they hit it off straight away.
