Fair City star George McMahon has compared life with a newborn baby to ‘Vegas without the craic.’ Appearing on Ireland AM on Father’s Day, the actor told hosts Simon Delaney and Anna Daly about the birth of his first son, Kody.
George, who already shares three-year-old daughter Frankie with his wife Rachel Smyth, spoke of the new addition by saying: ‘Three years between Frankie and him, you just forget how magical — and tiring — those first couple of days are.’ ‘The place is upside down; we don’t know whether it’s night or day.
It kind of feels like Vegas without the craic,’ he joked. Host Anna Daley agreed that having a new baby would leave someone just as ‘deliriously tired’ as a trip to Vegas.
