Despite only dating Precious, 33 for around three months, Ben, 51, is said to have told people at a party in London that she is his "soon-to-be wife".
A source told The Mirror, at the recent London party: "Ben was very open about the fact he is planning to wed Precious and soon.
He gave the air of being as pleased as punch. It was a surprise given the length of time they've been together, but they both seemed very happy." Ben and Vanessa split early last year after Ben was unfaithful.
