Just weeks before she’s due to celebrate her 60th birthday, Vanessa Feltz has opened up about how she feels about the milestone – admitting in our celebratory interview and photoshoot that she's "extremely relieved" to reach the age.
Speaking to OK!, the This Morning star and Radio 2 presenter explained: “My mum died at the age of 57, so I had this really strong feeling I wouldn’t live any older than she did. “So, I feel absolutely delighted, relieved and very grateful.” As Vanessa prepares for the next era in her life, she happily revisited her highs and lows, one of which is launching her own chat show, The Vanessa Show, in the '90s.

And the mum of two – who shares daughters Allegra, 36, and Saskia, 33, with her ex-husband Michael Kurer – explained she wouldn’t say no to reviving the classic daytime series. "I do get approached sometimes, but for whatever reason it doesn’t seem to happen," she revealed. "I’m not waiting for it, or desperate to do it, but if I got the chance of course I’d have a crack at it. "The thing was it was so much nicer than The Jeremy Kyle Show.
