"I thought that I would be home in a week, after qualifying,” she said. "I have just been doing my best to take care of every single day to the best of my ability. "Now three weeks later the time has flown and I was holding the trophy at the end.
It was the best time of my life," Emma gushed. Continuing on with her whirlwind media tour in New York, she then appeared on Good Morning America where she revealed that her "very hard to please" parents are "so happy and proud".
