HARLEY HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE AND WELL Police have issued an urgent appeal to find a missing six-year-old boy. Harley, whose surname was not been released, was last seen on Mount Street in Heywood, Rochdale, at around 3.15pm on Thursday (August 24).

A picture of Harley was also circulated as part of the appeal. Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately. "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well," the appeal said.
