The winner of a £3.5million home in a luxury charity raffle will end up being neighbours with a controversial businessman with gangland links.American firm Omaze are offering the chance to win the six-bedroom property in Gleneagles, Perthshire plus £100,000 in cash and an £80,000 Porsche.But the new owner’s neighbour is taxi tycoon Steven Malcolm who has close links to the feared Daniel crime family and whose £9million mansion also backs onto the world-famous golf course.Malcolm, 59, was with Steven “Bonzo” Daniel at a Rangers match only hours before Daniel almost died in a horrific machete attack.

And for a brief period was also seen at a house close to Malcolm’s home in Gleneagles.
