The Met Office has issued rain and wind warnings for different parts of the country this weekend. An amber warning for rain in Wales has been issued as "heavy and persistent" rainfall is expected to cause flooding and disruption to transport and utilities.
There are also six yellow warnings are currently in place, including five for rain in the south of Scotland, the north west and south west of England, the Midlands and north west Wales.
A yellow warning for wind is in place for in the north of Scotland till 3am tomorrow. The Met warned those issued with the amber warning in Wales to expect delays and cancellations to public transport as well as "a good chance some communities will be cut off by flooded roads".
