Temperatures are set to be the highest yet this year as the Met Office confirm which areas of the UK will be red hot. Central, southern and eastern England are set to sizzle with the mercury possibly even tipping 34C.
The heatwave will peak on Thursday - but it is unlikely to break the 1976 record for the hottest June day ever. Wednesday will be nearly as hot with some parts of the UK hitting 30c.
