There will be a slightly warmer start for much of the UK on Thursday morning - but it will be cloudy for most. Scotland will see plenty of cloud, wind and rain throughout the day.
Wales will also have thicker clouds and drizzly showers for much of the day, particularly in the afternoon. Mid to Southern England will be drier, but with patchy cloud and even some sun in places.
Northern Ireland will be overcast for much of the day but will feel the effects of the rain moving south from Scotland, seeing showers into the early evening.
