The death toll for people who have died after testing positive for coronavirus in the UK has risen by eleven. Eight people tragically died in England's hospitals, and there were no new deaths reported in Wales.

Covid-19 deaths in Scotland hit their highest level in more than two months as three fatalities were recorded in a single day for the first time since June 30.
