U2 nab second place on UK Music Rich List after HUGE increase in fortune

evoke.ieThe Sunday Times has released the 2021 Rich List and Irish band U2 has ranked incredibly high, considering the live music industry has been on its knees for the last year.
The annual Music Rich List was filled with very familiar names and sizable fortunes for their efforts. Topping the list this year is Sir Paul McCartney who is now the UK’s richest musician with a total fortune of €953million, an increase of €23million in the last year.
Coming in hot on his heels, however, are U2 who boast a collective worth of €720million, overtaking multi-millionaire Andrew Lloyd Webber.
