Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3 is finally set to take place this weekend. The highly-anticipated trilogy bout was scheduled for July but had to be postponed after Fury tested positive for Covid-19.
Several members of Fury’s camp also returned positive tests, with nine people using the training gym affected including sparring partners.
Fury returned to the gym at the start of August. The pair’s first fight was back in December 2018, when a twelve-round contest in Los Angeles ended in a controversial split draw.
Last February in Las Vegas, Fury dominated Wilder in a historic victory to claim the WBC title. The fight was stopped in the seventh round with the towel coming in from Wilder’s corner.
