Two people have been rushed to hospital following a four vehicle crash on a major Scots road. Emergency services raced to the A82 Stirling Road, Dumbarton at around 9.20am on Tuesday, March 1.
According to witnesses, the vehicles which were involved in the collision included two lorries, a van and a car. Two people have now been taken to hospital , Police Scotland have confirmed.
One driver has been charged in connection with road traffic offences following the incident.The roadway has since been cleared.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 9.20am on Tuesday, 1 March, officers were called to a report of a road crash involving four vehicles on the A82 Stirling Road, Dumbarton."Two people were taken to hospital following the crash and the roadway has been cleared."One driver has been charged in connection with road traffic offences.
