Two men rushed to hospital after double stabbing outside town centre bar
manchestereveningnews.co.ukTwo men were rushed to hospital following a double stabbing in Bury town centre. Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to reports of a serious assault outside a bar on Silver Street at around 12.40am on Sunday (May 5).
Both men, aged 45 and 34, suffered stab wounds. Thankfully, their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing, GMP says.

Anyone with information or video footage that could assist police with their investigation is being urged to come forward. Superintendent Mike Walsh, from GMP's Bury district, said: "It is very fortunate that the injuries sustained in this incident were not more serious, and I am glad that someone is now in custody in connection with the investigation.
