Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. The officers first stopped a Vauxhall Vectra in Blackley and found the driver had a revoked licence and no insurance. While they were dealing with the Vectra, a cloned Ford Focus pulled up.
