Two holiday hotspots in Europe have dropped prices for summer 2025

If you're a fan of all-inclusive holidays, you might already be considering your summer package - but some destinations offer better value than others.

Which? has revealed that holiday prices have increased by an above-inflation average of 4.2% compared to 2024. However, two popular holiday spots have defied this trend and seen their prices drop, making them ideal choices for your next trip.

Firstly, Ibiza, where prices have decreased by an average of 6.4%, from £1,269 per person to £1,187, equating to a saving of approximately £162 per couple.

Other Spanish regions have also gone against the grain. The Costa Dorada has witnessed a price drop of 2.9% on average, from £1,074 per person to £1,042, while holidays to Tenerife are around 2% cheaper, falling from £1,200 to £1,175.
