Two males have been snared by Scots cops as part of a crackdown on anti-social behaviour. Police Scotland said a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. Prosecutors from the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service will then decide whether action should be taken against the man over the alleged offences.A
