The penultimate episode of HBO's The White Lotus Season 2 was certainly quite revealing, in more ways than one, with the second male full frontal nude scene.Fans got quite the surprising glimpse at Theo James' Cameron when he surprisingly changed in front of his friend Ethan's (Will Sharpe) wife Harper (Aubrey Plaza) in the Season 2 premiere, shortly after everyone arrived at The White Lotus resort in Sicily.Towards the end of Sunday's episode - entitled Abductions - a new character named Niccolo (Stefano Gianino) presented himself fully nude to Tanya McQuoid (Jennifer Coolidge), which caused a number of Twitter users to react.
