Jimmy Savile fans still go to his unmarked grave to lay fresh flowers nearly ten years after the disgraced paedophile passed away.
Savile, who was an entertainer for the BBC, spent decades grooming, molesting and raping children. But it seems as though the disgraced presenter's fanbase somehow lives on, despite his countless heinous crimes, reports Daily Star.
Savile was buried in North Yorkshire's coastal town of Scarborough in a gold coffin with a pricy £4,000 headstone.The headstone, which bears the epitaph: "It Was Good While It Lasted", was removed and demolished as soon as his crimes came to light, in a bid to leave no trace of where he lays.It's feared Savile had abused up to 1,000 children, with some being as young as two years.
