Donald Trump lost the 2020 Presidential Election and he finally released a statement months later to say he will transition to the next President Joe Biden in an orderly fashion.

This comes one day after the devastating coup at the U.S. Capitol by Trump‘s supporters as congress met to certify Biden’s election win. “Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th,” Trump said in a statement (via CNN). “I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted.
