Dylan Kearns was riding along the road on Friday, November 3 when he was involved in a crash with a white Volkswagen Scirocco car.
Medics rushed to the incident and he was transferred to the hospital where he sadly died.Police in Liverpool confirmed the victim's name yesterday afternoon and his heartbroken family issued a statement through the force's press office.
It said: "Dylan Kearns was tragically taken away from all his loving family and partner, Jamie, this morning."He was a well-known lad, liked by everyone and he had a contagious smile that was so warm.
