“I want to try and get cancelled. No, I just want to go all-out there.”He went on: “It’s about the end of the world and how we’re going to destroy ourselves for lots of reasons, whether it’s media stupidity, or the actual end of the world.”This isn't the first time Ricky has hinted he might want to step back amid mention of this potentially being his "last" show.Writing on Twitter last week, he penned: “I will never get over the reaction to After Life and I'll probably never better it.

Maybe I should retire. Or die. Yes.That's my cunning plan.”Ricky recently admitted he had to tell the Golden Globes’ bosses never to ask him to host again. He explained that if he is asked, he might be tempted to repeat his scathing attack on Hollywood’s most popular figures. However, this year the glamorous event took place a little differently as it was not televised and there was no star-studded red carpet. The ceremony was dropped by NBC following accusations of corruption and a lack of diversity.During his infamous speech, Ricky addressed an exposé in the Los Angeles Times which claimed that there was not a single black person in the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which presents the awards. He said: "The Hollywood Foreign Press are all very racist", seconds after quipping that they "can barely speak English"."Many talented people of colour were snubbed in major categories," he added. He continued: "We were going to do an In Memoriam this year, but when I saw the list of people who died, it wasn’t diverse enough."No, it was mostly white people and I thought, nah, not on my watch.
