Scott, whose real name is Jacques Bermon Webster, was released on a bond totalling $650 (£512), including $500 (£394) for the trespass charge and $150 (£118) for disorderly intoxication.The Miami Beach Police Department informed 7 News Miami that Scott refused to leave the charter boat, leading to his arrest.

In May, he was seen enjoying time on a luxury boat with his daughter Stormi and son Aire, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner - just days before reports emerged of a scuffle involving Kylie's other ex-boyfriend, Tyga, at a party in Cannes.
