A mum with a 'good heart' who was told she had asthma after battling cancer tragically died aged just 33. Katie Dowling was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019, the Liverpool Echo reports.
She underwent a mastectomy and had to battle through chemotherapy on her own, due to lockdown in 2020. In 2021, Katie got the all clear and rang the bell.

In October of that year, she was given the devastating news that she had cancer again - terminal cancer in her lung, liver and spine.
