While formal identification has to take place, the family of NHS Lanarkshire medic Catriona Gaskell have been told of the development.
Catriona, who is known as Cat, had been missing from her home in Cambuslang for nearly two days after vanishing on Saturday August 14.The 29-year-old was last seen leaving her home in Fallow Grove at around 7.55 pm.She was then spotted heading towards Red Deer Road and into the wooded area nearby.The young doctor had not been in contact with friends or family since, something police describe as 'very out of character'.Cat has never been missing before, sparking a frantic.
